I recently staged the following home and it looks stunning!  Typically when I stage a home we are removing clutter, depersonalizing and jazzing a home up.  In this case, the home was too formal and buyers were having a tough time envisioning themselves and their family relaxing in the home.  We worked extremely hard to make the home less formal through rearranging furniture, bringing in new accessories and artwork.  Take a look at the outcome below!  We set the stage for buyers to envision relaxing and kicking back!

DotUnder contract in 10 days- 1119 Ottawa Drive!

Claire Patrick - Okay - I LOVE the detail shot of the Zocalo walls! It's cool to know who is responsible for that! I'd highly recommend going over to Zocalo around 2pm - the light is absolutely stunning in that room at that time of day. Love!

DotCustom Placemats…Handmade!

I have recently began learning how to sew in order to further the services I can offer to clients.  Check out these custom placemats I made for a client!  They can be dressed up or dressed down.  If you notice, they have a pocket on the right for the silverware!  It doesn’t get any more custom and unique than this!  If you ever need a special gift or want to jazz up your table for a party give me a call!

DotAdding Life to a Vacant Home!

Today I finished staging 1119 Ottawa Drive in Austin Lake Hills!  I had an absolute ball staging this home.  It is a stunning and sits on an amazing  lot!  With a pool in the back yard and an open floor plan this home is ready to entertain!
