Home Staging Process

Home Staging appointments quickly turn a typical home into a model home which stands out from the competition and evokes an emotional attachment for potential buyers.  To stage a 3-4 bedroom home a 2 hour home staging consultation is suggested.  However, all appointments can be customized based on the needs of the client.  During this time, we work hand-in-hand with our sellers providing suggestions and detailed steps to complete the staging of your home.  The appointment focuses on de-cluttering, depersonalizing and making sure the home is neutral and inviting for potential buyers.  At the end of two hours, you will see a noticeable improvement.

After the consultation, a staging recap will be provided via e-mail.  This list supplements the hands on work that was completed and acts as the homeowner’s to-do list.

The combination of the consultation, hands on work and the staging recap ensures that your home will show better than any other house on the block!

Occupied Home Staging Consultation Details:  

When listing your home with David Brodsky Properties this staging consultation is included within our listing services.

It includes up to two hours during which we will fully cover homes up to 3,000 square feet.  Homes over 3,000 will require a longer appointment.
